Helena Sharpstone (GB) will teach leaders how to understand what motivates modern fundraisers and how to develop a high-performance team mind-set. Local case studies will focus on the first major donor campaign by Sue Ryder – Jana Havlenová & Jan Kroupa (CZ) – and legacy and crowdfunding in Serbia with Jelena Burazerović (RS).
