This moment in history is revealing a critical need for leadership in civil society. Not only in Central and Eastern Europe, this need is being felt daily. The Slovak and Czech Fundraising Centres are therefore launching a joint long-term Leaders of Tomorrow Program.
It will focus on development of personal, organizational, community and professional leadership qualities. Main mentors in this 12-month program will be Kay Sprinkel Grace (USA), Tony Myers (CAN), Jan Kroupa (CZ) and Jana Ledvinová (CZ).
The Leaders of Tomorrow will offer proven leadership approaches, including the best thinking and teaching from experts and the opportunity for participants to explore their own leadership beliefs, principles and practices. Each participant will develop a leadership plan to launch them to the next level of achievement whether they are aspiring to be leaders or have already attained a leadership role.
The leadership development program starts with a 5-day retreat in Bratislava, Slovakia between 25-30 October 2015.
